Bob is the founder and CEO of OnCorps. He has published artificial intelligence and behavioral economics articles in Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times. Prior to OnCorps, Bob was the chief technology strategist at Accenture and chief strategy officer for the firm's technology division. He was named by Consulting Magazine to the Top 25 Consultants list. Bob was also a group president of Perot Systems, where he helped take the company public. Bob received his master's, concentration in economics and quantitative analysis, from Harvard University's Kennedy School, where he was class advisor and research assistant to the 2005 Nobel Laureate in economics. He received his bachelor's from the University of Southern California.
Dave is an executive vice president leading our Strategy and Delivery groups. Dave brings deep financial services and marketing & sales expertise to OnCorps most recently as a vice president of strategy at Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, Dave was an associate partner in the financial institutions and marketing & sales practices at McKinsey & Company. Dave has also been a co-founder and COO of an MIT enterprise software startup and a private equity investor at GTCR in Chicago. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Peter is an executive vice president and chief technology officer, leading our product and platform engineering groups. Prior to OnCorps, he was a senior manager specializing in product lifecycle management systems. He was also a product design leader with Pragmax and software engineer at Keybase. He was a research associate at the University of Bristol where he received his bachelor's in mathematics and physics, masters in physics and Ph.D. in physics from the University of Bristol.
Paul is a senior vice president in our Boston office. He focuses on algorithms and solutions in the asset management industry. Prior to OnCorps, he was a technology consulting manager at Accenture responsible for delivery of ERP implementations, upgrades, and merger integrations. He holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and a master's in mechanical engineering and engineering management from Cornell University.
Ben is a senior director of devops and software. He works closely with our machine learning and engineering teams to automate code and algorithm deployments. Prior to OnCorps, Ben was a devops senior engineer for the University of Michigan. Before that, he was an infrastructure manager and engineer at Merge Healthcare. Ben holds a bachelor's in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
Brenden is a vice president of delivery in our Boston office. He is focused on assisting clients with the design and execution of decision analytic systems. Prior to OnCorps, he was a project manager at Accenture. He holds a master's in engineering management and a bachelor's in biomedical engineering and economics, summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University.
Mark leads our Engineering Operations group in our Bristol office. He has 20 years experience in developing digital materials. Prior to OnCorps, he was a co-founder and technical director of Hyperlaunch New Media. He has worked with global brands including: Warner Bros, Samsung, Universal Music, PlayStation, Oxfam, Audi, Sky and Philips.
Rich is a senior director of machine learning engineering in our Boston office. Rich focuses on machine learning algorithms for the asset management industry. Prior to OnCorps, Rich was a data scientist at Dell. Rich holds a master's in finance from MIT and a bachelor's in applied mathematics from Brown University.
Zoé is a senior director of product and machine learning engineering in our Boston office. She helps conduct research and develop new algorithms for clients and prospects of OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, Zoe was a program coordinator for Partners in Health and their University of Global Health Equity. She also worked on the data strategy team for TD Securities. Zoe received an Honors Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto in statistics, economics, and neuroscience. She was also a member of the women's varsity soccer team.
Tom leads marketing for OnCorps. He brings extensive marketing and startup experience to the firm, having built the marketing function for Well Health. He also served in a variety of product and marketing roles at ZipRecruiter, Epson America, and Evolve Media. Tom holds a bachelor's of science in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Frank is a senior director of site reliability in our Boston office. Frank works closely with our product and machine learning engineering teams to manage deployments of apps and algorithms into production. Prior to OnCorps, Frank spent fifteen years as a software and site reliability engineer at Ensono and DLX. He holds a bachelor's of science in computer science from the University of Toronto.
Brian is a vice president of machine learning engineering in our Boston office. He has several years of experience building and deploying sophisticated machine learning algorithms in the health care industry. Before OnCorps, Brian was a bioinformatics manager at Exosome Diagnostics. There, he designed, trained, tested, and deployed machine learning models to detect kidney rejection. Brian received his PhD in molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor's in genetics from the University of Wisconsin.

Mike leads our derivatives confirmation product which helps large financial institutions leverage machine learning to manage the risks of paper OTC confirmations. Bernardo is a machine learning engineer in our Boston office. He focuses on developing and deploying models to help the financial services industry improve productivity and reduce error rates. Prior to OnCorps, Bernardo was an AI research scientist at 1910 Genetics, a leading genetics startup. He was also a researcher in computational fluid mechanics in the department of mathematics at UCLA. Bernardo received his bachelor's in mathematics from MIT. Ken is the company's chief information security officer. He oversees OnCorps' ISO 27001 certifications and manages overall risk processes.
