Prior to OnCorps, Bernardo was an AI research scientist at 1910 Genetics, a leading genetics startup. He was also a researcher in computational fluid mechanics in the department of mathematics at UCLA. Bernardo received his bachelor's in mathematics from MIT. He also was enrolled in the PhD program in mathematics at USC, where he received his MA in applied mathematics.
Bob is the founder and CEO of OnCorps. He has published artificial intelligence and behavioral economics articles in Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times. Prior to OnCorps, Bob was the chief technology strategist at Accenture and chief strategy officer for the firm's technology division. He was named by Consulting Magazine to the Top 25 Consultants list. Bob was also a group president of Perot Systems, where he helped take the company public. Bob received his master's, concentration in economics and quantitative analysis, from Harvard University's Kennedy School, where he was class advisor and research assistant to the 2005 Nobel Laureate in economics. He received his bachelor's from the University of Southern California.

Fran is the CHRO at OnCorps. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm's talent and organizational design functions. Prior to OnCorps, Fran was CHRO at AthenaHealth, which has over 6 thousand employees. Before that, she was a vice president of HR for Stanley Black and Decker and Apex Tool Group. She also spent several years at Corning as an HR director. Fran was a Captain in the US Army and was a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. After her military service, Fran received her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mark focuses on applying cutting edge reinforcement learning and behavioral algorithms to OnCorps apps. He was a principal software engineer at Yale University's Human Nature Lab, where he helped design decision making and network science games leading to groundbreaking research. This work was featured on the cover of Nature Magazine. Mark is the creator of the open source project, Breadboard. He received his bachelor's degree in music and computer science from Northeastern University.
