
Ron is the CEO of OnCorps AI, a leader in providing enterprise AI solutions for the capital markets industry. Ron brings deep experience scaling enterprise platforms and leading transformation initiatives for the world’s largest financial institutions. Most recently, Ron served as Global Head of Transformation, Aladdin at BlackRock, where he partnered with global asset managers on modernizing front-, middle-, and back-office operations. Ron helped scale Aladdin at BlackRock for over 17 years. Ron holds two bachelor’s degrees: chemical engineering and economics from Lehigh University.

Bob is the founder and chairman of OnCorps. He has published artificial intelligence and behavioral economics articles in Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times. Prior to OnCorps, Bob was the chief technology strategist at Accenture and chief strategy officer for the firm's technology division. Bob was also a group president of Perot Systems, where he helped take the company public. Bob received his master's, concentration in economics and quantitative analysis, from Harvard University's Kennedy School, where he was class advisor and research assistant to the 2005 Nobel Laureate in economics.

Arnav is OnCorps' chief operating officer. Prior to joining OnCorps, Arnav was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for several years with high technology and software clients on growth strategy and commercial excellence topics. Arnav has deep analytic expertise having received a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics from Tufts University.

Susan is OnCorps' chief financial officer. She has responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting and planning, HR and operations. Prior to joining OnCorps, Susan was CFO of Veracode (acquired by CA for $614 million) and MineralTree. Susan holds an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
